This office is wonderful. The atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and professional. Dr. Silverstein gave me a thorough examination and treatment plan. I highly recommend recommend him for dental care. Twyla Naumann

Extremely friendly and warm staff. They were very education focused and really took their time answering all my questions. Dr. Silverstein was excellent, and Ri - the hygienist was by far one of the best I've ever encountered. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!

They do not tell you as soon as you walk in that you have to pay upfront.And I did not see it on the email they sent me either. They wait until you get ready to leave then say that will be $400.00 upfront. Like we are all bankers & just walk around with that kind of money in our pockets. And the front waiting area has a fish aquarium with fish I know for a fact that cost $1000.00 & the managers office was all cherry wood. Gold platinum albums signed on the wall. A pic of a famous artist on the wall. And for Lazer & deep cleaning $12,000.00 for top denture's $24,000.00. it's crazy. Let's see any one of them in his office try & live on $987.00 a month. Then they insisted I pay something upfront so I paid them $50.00 money my sister gave me to pay a bill & sent me the rest of the bill which is $354.00. So if I was to pay $400.00 upfront what the extra $4.00 ? To pocket it. If you can't afford this doctor I'd advise you not to go to him. Hell I never even seen the man. Also they said all my top teeth need to come out & the front of my teeth are as strong as ever. This dentist is just money hungry & I'll bet he is living in at least a $500.000.00 home. Ohio Valley Center for Periodontics & Implants is wonderful. Dr. Silverstein is very kind, caring, and professional. He made a traumatic event in my life (losing a tooth) manageable. He and his staff explained every step of the process, and calmed my frayed nerves during the procedure. Thanks to Dr. Silverstein, I was able to smile right away!

Dr. Masoud did a great job explaining my diagnosis and treatment options and made sure that I understood everything that took place during my surgery and what to expect after that. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. Dr. Masoud is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and professional as well.

As a patient of three years, I have only good things to say about the professionalism, care, friendliness, promptness, ease of scheduling, and thoroughness of Dr. Silverstein and his team. The implant I received was a smooth process from beginning to end with excellent results. I was a new walk in patient, who had an emergency tooth displacement. I had been turned away from my current dentist and 30 other offices who had no time for me . EVERYONE in the office was so kind and gentle and eager to assist me. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was transported to heaven. The aroma in the air as if I just walked into a White Barn, the soothing relaxing fish tank calmed my racing beating heart. The attention to details in the waiting lobby told me me I was about to experience a whole new professional innovative approach to restorative dentistry. Everything was sterile and clean. Even my chair was facing outside towards a real window that overlooked a wooded area (previous office had fake outdoor scenery wallpapers.)I felt that I was in good hands. They explained very well what was going on. They’re fast, gentle and respectful. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I had never experienced. Due to the severity of my traumatic dental emergency, I am currently experiencing severe pain that ibuprofen is not working. I do wish I could contact someone who can send me a prescription for something stronger as they don't re open until Monday. I wil

The atmosphere of the waiting room and throughout the office was awesome! A flashback in time with vinyl records in the hallways. Our visit was long but went by fast with a terrific & friendly staff. Dr Silverstein was very thorough, courteous and answered any questions we had without a bunch of big medical terminology.
